These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Marketing4pros (“we,” “our,” or “the provider”) and you (“the client”). By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

  1. Service Overview

Marketing4pros provides performance-based lead generation and outbound prospecting services. Our core offering is booking qualified B2B meetings with relevant decision-makers for your business.

Each campaign includes:

  • Target audience definition (Ideal Customer Profile)
  • Message strategy and outreach execution
  • Prospect engagement via LinkedIn, email, and scheduling tools
  • Meeting booking and calendar integration
  • Regular performance tracking and reporting

We aim to act as an extension of your sales team—without the overhead or internal hiring risk.

Please note: While we operate on a performance-based model, we do not guarantee a specific number of meetings, results, or closed deals. Outreach performance can vary based on many external factors including product-market fit, offer clarity, audience saturation, and market timing. We make no commitments or promises regarding future performance or deliverables beyond the structure described herein.

  1. Payment Terms & Fee Structure

You only pay when a meeting takes place. Our fees are success-based and triggered by complete, verified meetings:

Payment Terms:

  • Invoices are issued monthly for all verified meetings completed during the prior period
  • Payment is due within 7 days of invoicing
  • Late payments may result in campaign suspension
  • Payment Method: Bank wire transfer (details provided upon agreement)

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior written notice after the initial 12-month agreement period.

  1. Engagement & Contract Commitment

While we do not charge an upfront fee or retainer, we ask for a minimum 12-month working commitment. This enables strategic consistency, resource planning, and long-term performance.

You will be asked to sign a service agreement outlining:

  • Scope of services
  • Fees per meeting tier
  • Commitment and pause terms
  • Mutual responsibilities and expectations

This protects both parties and establishes a clear path to results.

  1. Pause & Inactivity Policy

Outbound campaigns rely on rhythm and consistency. Frequent pauses disrupt pipeline momentum.

  • Year 1: You may pause once for up to 30 days with no fee. Additional pauses incur a $350/month inactivity fee.
  • Year 2 and beyond: You may pause up to 3 months, with a $250/month inactivity fee.
  • After 3 months of inactivity, we may terminate the agreement at our discretion.

All pause requests must be submitted in writing. We will confirm the pause start date and applicable fee.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Success in this partnership depends on clear and timely communication. As our client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your product, service, and ideal customer profile (ICP)
  • Share relevant marketing materials, including one-pagers, pitch decks, landing pages, or product documentation
  • Maintain regular communication—email will serve as the primary channel for updates, scheduling, and campaign decisions
  • Respond to outreach-related questions and approvals in a timely manner
  • Inform us of any significant changes to your offer, target audience, or availability

We will respond to emails within 24 business hours from the time of receipt.

Delays, lack of clarity, or irresponsiveness may affect campaign performance and lead delivery. We commit to working proactively and expect the same in return.

  1. Qualified Meeting Definition

A meeting is considered complete and billable if:

  • Both you and the prospect attend
  • The prospect matches core qualification criteria (company type, seniority, industry)
  • The conversation includes your product, service, or relevant offer

While not every meeting will be a “perfect fit,” all meetings booked are genuine opportunities based on your targeting parameters.

No-shows, last-minute cancellations, or clearly irrelevant prospects are not billable.

  1. Prospecting Platforms & Process

We use a combination of professional platforms and tools to reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, and calendar-based scheduling.

While automation assists with scale, all campaigns begin with manual research and setup, ensuring personal relevance and message accuracy.

  1. Reporting & Performance Visibility

We provide clear, structured updates on what matters most.

You will receive a monthly report that includes:

  • Meetings and calls scheduled
  • What actually took place (attendance, outcomes, notable insights)
  • Closed deals (as reported by you or confirmed through shared updates)

This reporting ensures you have full visibility into campaign progress, performance, and ROI—without needing to track the day-to-day details yourself.

  1. Follow-Up & Sales Ownership

We manage outreach up to the first scheduled meeting.
Follow-up after the call, including second meetings, proposal sharing, and closing—is your responsibility.

Neglecting follow-up can cause even great leads to go cold. For best results, treat every meeting as an opportunity to engage, learn, and move toward a close.

  1. Intellectual Property

All messaging, frameworks, processes, and strategies remain the intellectual property of Marketing4pros, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Custom materials provided to you for outreach or use in follow-up cannot be shared externally or repurposed without approval.

  1. Confidentiality

We treat your business information—client data, messaging, sales performance, and internal materials—as confidential.

You agree to treat our internal frameworks, pricing model, and outreach methods the same way. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties without consent.

  1. Termination Terms

We understand that business priorities can change. Here’s how termination works:

  • If, during the first 6 months, fewer than 3 complete meetings or calls have been delivered, you may cancel the agreement with no termination fee.
  • If 3 or more complete meetings have taken place within the first year, and you choose to cancel before the 12-month commitment is fulfilled, a cancellation fee of $1,500 will apply. This covers a portion of the upfront work and resources invested on a performance-only basis.

Marketing4pros reserves the right to terminate the agreement if:

  • Invoices are unpaid beyond 14 days
  • The client becomes unresponsive or repeatedly fails to provide required input
  • There is a breach of any key terms or conduct that disrupts the working relationship
  1. Modifications & Updates

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in services, policies, or operational needs.
If any changes occur, you will be notified by email within 7 business days of the update. Continued use of our services after notification will indicate your acceptance of the revised terms.

  1. Right to Refuse Service

Marketing4pros reserves the right to refuse service to any potential client at our sole discretion, without the obligation to provide justification or explanation. We maintain this right to ensure alignment with our values, standards, and operational model.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, unless otherwise agreed upon in a formal contract.

  1. Working Days & Hours

Our official business hours are Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT +2). Any communication or activity outside these hours will be addressed on the next business day.
