Typically, within 45 days of campaign launch, you can expect to see the first signs of traction—this includes early replies, meaningful conversations, and booked meetings beginning to flow. Our goal is always to deliver qualified, relevant meetings, not inflated numbers that don’t convert.
To get started, we’ll guide you through a short onboarding process. You’ll need to provide:
- A clear description of your product or service
- Your ideal customer profile (ICP), or at least who you believe your best-fit buyers are – fill our short questions.
- Any existing marketing materials include your one-pager, website, pitch decks, or messaging guidelines
- Access to your calendar for booking calls
- Your availability and responsiveness is a collaborative process, and timely feedback is key to launching effectively

A completed meeting is a scheduled call or video meeting that:
- Takes place with both parties present
- Involves a potential prospect who has shown genuine interest in your product or solution
- Allows for a real business conversation about what you offer
Not every contact will perfectly match your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), but they will still meet basic qualification criteria and may represent a valuable opportunity—either now or in the near future.
We focus on delivering meetings that are relevant, real, and worthwhile.
If a meeting is canceled, skipped, or clearly off-target, you won’t be billed.
Follow-up after a meeting is one of the most critical parts of the sales process. In fact, a genuine prospect can quickly turn cold without consistent and timely follow-up.
While we handle all outreach before the meeting—including scheduling, confirmations, and reminders—it’s your responsibility to manage follow-up after the first call.
Every stage beyond the first meeting, from second calls to proposals and closing, will require active engagement on your part.

Lead generation is like a train leaving the station—starting, stopping, and restarting can have a significant impact on momentum, performance, and results for both sides.
We understand that business conditions can change, so here’s how our pause policy works:
- During the first year, you may pause the campaign once for up to 30 days at no extra charge.
- Any additional pause within the first year will incur a $350/month inactivity fee, applied for each month the campaign remains paused—up to the end of your initial 12-month commitment.
- From the second year onward, you may pause the campaign for up to 3 months, with a reduced $250/month inactivity fee during the inactive period.
- If the campaign remains paused for longer than 3 months, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement to protect performance standards and resource commitments.
This structure ensures we maintain campaign momentum while still offering flexibility when needed.
Yes. We can serve as your top-of-funnel engine, booking meetings that your internal team can handle. We work best when paired with teams that are ready to follow up, qualify, and close.
Yes. We provide ongoing visibility into campaign performance.
We keep track of:
- Meetings scheduled
- Meetings completed
- Follow-up activity
- Deal status (as shared by you or tracked through follow-ups)
You’ll receive updates that help you stay aligned on progress and pipeline movement—without needing to manage the details yourself. Everything is tracked, monitored, and optimized to keep the momentum going.
We don’t offer one-off tests, because this work requires real investment and consistency. However, since you only pay when meetings are completed, your risk is minimal. Our model is built on performance, not promises.
If your calendar fills up faster than anticipated, we can temporarily slow or pause outreach for up to 30 days at no extra charge to help you manage your workload.
Our goal is to support steady, manageable growth—not overwhelm you with volume.
